Our Process

1. Needs Assessment

Your Account Manager will learn from you what you are looking for in a candidate in order to develop the ideal profile. This is done so that we can ensure we are only presenting qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Identification and Screening

Your Account Manager will meet with our team and review the job order’s profile to ensure we only contact candidates who qualify. A full interview and vetting process will then be conducted.

3. Strategic Marketing Plan

After we learn about your opportunity and ideal candidate profile, our team will create marketing materials that are strategically worded and designed to maximize candidate responses.

4. Execution of Marketing Resources

Marketing materials are deployed across a stream of channels to reach candidates within our database and beyond.

5. Client Presentation

Once our top three candidates have been identified, the Account Manager will present them to you, using the protocols you specify. Your Account Manager will be fully available for any questions you may have on the profiles.

6. Candidate Interview

When a candidate is presented, we will have identified several dates and times for you to speak to him or her if you wish to move forward. We assist in coordinating the interview and conducting post-visit follow up. We will present feedback to help move the process forward.

7. Negotiation

After an offer is made, we assist clients in ensuring that the candidate signs the contract and returns to your organization. In the event of a complex negotiation, your Account Manager can serve as a mediator and communicate with both parties to find a resolution in which both sides are satisfied.

8. Successful Placement

When a placement is made, we guarantee that placement for 6 months from the start date or we will provide you with a replacement for the position.

9. Placement Debrief

Following each placement, your Account Manager will reach out to ensure you were satisfied with our services. Our goal is to identify ways to improve the process in which we work with you, as well as maintain the candidate relationship.
